Permabond is a clear Shadow or Hi-Lite, its function being to reduce the color tone of any Hi-Lite or Shadow without any reduction in bonding strength.  Shadow, as made, is right for the great majority of uses but occasionally less contrast is desirable. Hi-Lite should require no Permabond for a perfect transparent effect but a new user might add some Permabond until he becomes familiar with using the Airmite. It also can be used as a light overcoat for a Shadow Lithichrome as added protection.
