SDS Drill Bits

The SDS bits are used in the Metabo rotary hammers. The rotary hammers have a special SDS end that allows quick disconnecting of the bit without the need for a chuck key. Carbide is totally embedded in both sides of the steel body.

Alpha Polishing Tools

Working with granite and marble is easy and fast if you have the right tools. The Alpha electric polisher is designed for portable polishing, shaping and light grinding. A center water feed permits wet polishing which helps to reduce dust, extend disc life, and gives you a great polish. Alpha's new air polisher is a high performance tool for continuous production applications, and features a center water feed for reduced dust operation . Rear air exhaust design makes this machine quiet and keeps exhaust away from hands and stone. Cat. No. GrinaI
Type 1. Vitrified Discs-made from ceramic and diamond. They are long lasting and very aggressive. Use for light shaping, smoothing and beginning the polishing process. (60-150-300 grits).

Type 2. Resin Discs-fine grade diamonds in a pliable matrix, for putting on a high polish. They let you really close up the pores for a smooth look. (150-300-500-1000-2000-3000 grits).

Type 3. Final Polisher-super fine discs let you put that deep mirror finish on granite. Choose BLACK for darker stones like Absolute Black and Barre Gray or WHITE for lighter granite. Eliminates messy chemicals. (For marble use our FELT WHEELS).
