Boron Carbide Blasting Nozzles

Boron carbide is second only to diamond in hardness. It will outlast any other kind of nozzle on the market, thus reducing down time due to nozzle changing. Although it costs more, it is well worth the extra expense. They are available in straight standard bore or venturi bore. Styles and sizes available are: Tapered (conical) 4" long with bore sizes of 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4". Threaded Venturi 4" long with bore sizes of 3/16" and 1/4", and Flange Venturi 4" long with bore sizes of 3/16" and 1/4". MANY OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE.

Our SWR composite carbide nozzle represents a major break through in technology of wear resistance. This material is far superior to boron carbide, which use to be considered as the longest lasting material. This 3/32" bore nozzle is 1-5/16" long and the shape of a #2 ceramic nozzle.
