These blades are of the highest quality designed for your specific application. They are available from 4" through 90". When ordering, please advise us as to the material being cut such as marble, granite, slate, blue-stone, etc. Also specify blade diameter, hose power, RPM and arbor size.

Dry Cutting Segmented Diamond Cup Wheels are designed to remove concrete, masonry, and stone at anextremely fast rate. The 4" wheels are for use on 4"-5" grinders, and the 7" wheels are for use on 7"-9" grinders.

Diamond ZIZ and Zig Wheels

Use on air or electric hand grinder to remove stock up to ten times faster than abrasive wheels. The 5" diamond ZIZ and 4" ZIG wheels can be used for wet or dry grinding of granite, marble, terrazzo, concrete, and other types of materials. Heavy duty driver plate with 5/8" - 11 female thread to fit most grinders. The replaceable heavy duty diamond segments have a specially formulated bonds to wear at a controlled rate. This exposes new diamond cutting edges for faster grinding rate. Will not load up when used wet! Most common grit size is 46 for faster removal rate. Also available in various other grit sizes and bond types depending on material to be ground and finish desired. Ideal for flat surfaces, rounds, certain contours and edges on stone or man-made products. These wheels are for use on very heavy duty grinders.

Cup Wheels

Cup wheels are stocked in the standard size of 6" x 2 1/2". They are used on grinders with a spindle size of 5/8" x 11. 5500-6000 RPM maximum. (16,24,46, and 80 grit sizes available)
